She also supports staffing, recruitment, and industry partnerships as a Director at ERP Resources, Inc. Previously, she was a manager at Deloitte, where she advised senior leaders on large-scale digital transformation programs. Her expertise includes strategy, technology modernization, and business optimization.
Meronne is a dedicated community leader, currently serving as a Board Member at Housing Alexandria, and previously serving as Chair of the City of Alexandria’s Economic Opportunities Commission, as well as on the Board of Governors for Visit Alexandria and the Board of Directors for the West End Business Association.
A “40 under 40” 2022 honoree by the Chamber ALX, she is recognized for her leadership and impact in business and the community. Meronne holds a bachelor’s degree from the College of William & Mary and is passionate about leveraging technology to empower organizations and drive meaningful change.
